About Me

Hi, I’m Jared — a recent graduate of Land Economy (Law and Economics) from the University of Cambridge, with over 150 hours of tutoring experience. I’m passionate about helping students thrive academically and succeed in competitive admissions processes.


I have worked with a wide range of educational providers, including the University of Cambridge’s STEM SMART program, where I supported sixth form students with university applications. From 2023 to 2025, I also served as Programme Coordinator for Girton College’s Global Programs, overseeing the Economics curriculum for over 200 international students each year.


I’m proud to have helped 100% of my Oxbridge application students reach the interview stage, and over the past four years, more than 70 students I’ve supported have received offers from Oxford or Cambridge.


In addition to Oxbridge admissions, I offer academic support in Economics up to undergraduate level. My applied microeconomics dissertation received a mark of 74 and was submitted for publication. I was also nominated for the Bennett Prize (2025) for outstanding academic performance in my final year at Cambridge.


I specialise in admissions test preparation for the TSA and TARA, helping students build strong foundations early in the application process and significantly boost their performance.


My sessions are designed to be challenging, engaging, and tailored — encouraging students to think critically, apply their knowledge to real-world problems, and develop confidence in their intellectual abilities.


Outside of tutoring, I’m conducting research in the field of Law and Economics, enjoy playing racket sports, and am a keen traveler.
