1.3. References to "Oxford," "Cambridge," or "Oxbridge" are used for descriptive purposes only. Any trademarks, logos, or brand names used belong to their respective owners and are not affiliated with The Oxbridge Launchpad.

2. Nature of Content

2.1. The interview questions, simulations, and other preparatory materials provided on this website and through our services are originally created by our team and are designed to simulate realistic interview scenarios for educational purposes only. They are not sourced from actual or confidential Oxford or Cambridge interviews, nor do they claim to replicate specific interview content.
2.2. Our materials are intended to help students develop their critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, which are broadly applicable to many university interviews and academic settings.

3. No Guarantee of Admission

3.1. Participation in The Oxbridge Launchpad services does not guarantee admission to the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, or any other institution. Admissions decisions are made solely at the discretion of the respective universities and are influenced by multiple factors beyond our control.

4. Eligibility

4.1. Users over the age of 18 may register independently and are responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions.
4.2. For users under the age of 18:

A parent or guardian must provide consent during registration.
Parents or guardians will be included in all communications regarding the student's participation.
A parent or guardian's contact details must be provided during the registration process.

4.3. Schools registering on behalf of students must ensure appropriate permissions are obtained before sharing student information with us.

5. Safeguarding and Parental Involvement

5.1. For Students Under 18:

All students under 18 must have parental consent to participate.
Parents or guardians may request to observe sessions or receive regular updates.

5.2. For Students Over 18:

Safeguarding measures apply equally to all users to ensure a safe and professional learning environment.

5.3. Safeguarding Measures for All Users:

All coaches receive safeguarding training as part of our onboarding process.
While some coaches hold enhanced DBS checks (or equivalent), this is not a requirement for all coaches.
Any safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately to our designated Safeguarding Officer, Kavi Mehan, at kavi.mehan@oxbridgelaunchpad.com
Sessions are not recorded as standard; instead, safeguarding is ensured through proactive supervision, communication protocols, and a clear code of conduct.

6. Registration and Access to Services

6.1. For Students Under 18:

Registration requires a parent or guardian's consent via a completed form, including their name and email address.
Parents or guardians may receive updates about the student's participation and may request session summaries.

6.2. For Students Over 18:

Registration is completed independently, and all communications will be directed to the user.
Users are encouraged to share progress updates with parents or guardians, but this is at their discretion.

6.3. Schools registering on behalf of students are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of user information provided during registration.

7. Services Offered

7.1. Self-led Online Courses: Step-by-step modules covering Oxbridge applications.
7.2. 1-to-1 Coaching: Personalised guidance, including mock interviews, test preparation, and application reviews.
7.3. School Solutions: Workshops and training programs tailored for schools.
7.4. Private Community: Access to a network of peers and mentors.
7.5. Blog and Resources: Academic content and Oxbridge preparation materials.

8. Payment and Refunds

8.1. Payment must be made in full before accessing services.
8.2. Bulk discounts are available for schools—contact us for details.
8.3. Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

Online courses: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the course has not been accessed.
1-to-1 coaching: Sessions may be rescheduled or refunded if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

8.4. Bulk purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

9. Conduct During Sessions

9.1. Users must act respectfully towards tutors, staff, and other participants.
9.2. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or abuse, may result in termination of access.
9.3. Parents or guardians may observe online sessions upon request for students under 18.

10. Safeguarding During Online Sessions

10.1. All online sessions are conducted through secure platforms to protect user privacy.
10.2. Session content may not be recorded, distributed, or shared by users without prior written consent.
10.3. Coaches are trained in safeguarding and professional standards to ensure session integrity and safety.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All content provided by Oxbridge Launchpad is protected under intellectual property laws.
11.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1. We comply with data protection regulations, including GDPR.
12.2. Personal information will only be used to deliver services and will not be shared without explicit consent.

13. Limitation of Liability
